By ducal authority, all persons of the County of Vitalis who yet endure the Curse of that land are commanded to present themselves at La Shangre in Skain without delay.

A solution has been achieved. Spirits can be extracted from their corrupted construct forms and bound into new, properly fashioned bodies. The Curse of Vitalis will end.

Compliance with this treatment for all afflicted individuals is to be considered mandatory. Refusal will not be tolerated, nor will delay be indulged.

Um, good morning. This is Administrator Bookworm of La Shangra.

While I appreciate the extra efforts to help bring the people to be cured of the curse to our city I would like to again emphasize that we are still dealing with a current refugee crisis in the city, and it is not within our current capabilities to be able to logistically support the transport, housing and feeding of such a large number of travelers at this time.

Of course, as our duty to the crown and the people of this land, we are making every effort to try. But it would greatly help those making the journey to have wagons to be able to bring people in and out without long delays. And, unfortunately, having a few extra guards to handle the crowds and... trouble that will come with such numbers.

Our city and myself will of course provide fair compensation for those hired to help provide the NECESSARY assistance in this matter.

Rest assured that your request for logistical assistance has not gone unheard. The Duchess intends this process to be as quick and painless as possible – both magically and administratively – for both the people of Vitalis and the people of La Shangre.

On behalf of Her Grace, a platoon of the Meltithi Legion will be dispatched to coordinate and facilitate travel, lodging, foodstuffs, and security in and out of La Shangre during this endeavor. Efficiency and effectiveness are the Legion’s specialties, and I have every confidence that our aid should be more than enough to assuage any of your concerns.

The Legion will be arriving in the area within the week, and will depart La Shangre and cease its assistance no earlier and no later than three days after the cure has been fully administered.
