The Duchess will have some opening remarks to welcome one and all to the city in the New Acarthia Town Hall, promptly at 10 Bells on Friday night, 14 April 417. Cake and refreshments will be served as a joyful welcome to the people of New Acarthia.
As a gentle reminder during this period of reconstruction, the Town Hall is the largest structure within that section of the city. It also serves as the central tavern for that area.
