Logistics​

Since this is the first event of the season, a 2.1 beta event, and the first event with a new staff, the Alliance Minnesota team has some requests:
  1. Get completely dressed before you check-in! This is extra important if you are checking in late.
  2. Bring your beta card and memorization lists if you printed your cards yourself. Every beta card must be signed by an owner, logistics, or plot staff.
  3. Bring all weapon reps you intend to use to be safety checked. EVERY weapon rep will be safety checked.
  4. Bring all magic item reps and magic item tags with you, every registered magic item will be checked.
  5. Put on all racial reps, costuming, and armor you wish to have evaluated for race requirements and armor points.
  6. If you are a new player:
    1. See one of our New Player Representatives before check-in; they will ensure you have everything you need before approaching the logistics table.
    2. If you are a new player and arrive late, ask anyone to point you to any member of staff and we will sort you out as soon as we are able!

  • NPC: $20.00 ($30.00 if Payment and/or Pre-Registration in the CMA is not completed by 11:59pm CDT Sunday, April 9th)
2023 Season Membership: $10.00 (Paid by all PCs and NPCs. As this is the start of the season, all players will be required to pay the membership fee at this event.)

NOTE: If you are a new player, your first two events are half-cost! Additionally, your 2023 Season Membership Dues are waived for the first game you attend!

For our April and May events, Alliance Minnesota is running the 2.1 Beta ruleset: Latest 2.1 Beta Packet - Dec 2022

Players may choose to completely rewrite their card with the 2.1 Beta CMA at beta.alliancelarp.com, with the following restrictions:
  1. Your Beta character XP must match the current, official XP total of that character.
  2. Your number of Beta character Profession skills may not exceed your number of live Craftsman skills.
  3. You may not change your name or race.
Do not register your magic items in the Beta CMA, but we do ask that you complete all other relevant memorizations. This is so the Logistics team can have a beta card printed and ready for you when you arrive. If you do not pre reregister on the beta CMA and wish to play an alternative build, you must bring a printed copy of your new build. In order to play an alternative build, you MUST have a printed copy of your character sheet signed by either an owner, a member of the logistics team, or a member of the plot team.

Here's a highlited map of the Fred C. Site for our event. When you arrive, drive past the Swanson lodge entrance, to the main entrance (there are signs).

PCs: Drive past the ranger cabin, and park in the highlighted parking areas to the left near the peterson cabins, or in the clearing across the road from the peterson cabins. Your sleeping areas are Peterson 1, Peterson 2, and Adirondack 7.

NPCs: Drive past the ranger cabin, and straight down the main road to the training building parking area. Your sleeping area is the back room of the Training Building. Logistics will be in the Training Building; PCs, come down to the training building only after you're ready to get in game. Carpool down if you can; there is not enough space for all the vehicles in the Training Building parking lot.

Note: The Training Building (Tavern, NPC camp, Logistics) and our mod spaces are very separated from the PC sleeping cabins (Peterson 1, 2, Adirondack 7)
