At the Castle Event each year, we have a number of private rooms which we allow groups to rent out at an additional cost. These rentals allow us to keep the event fee as low as we can; castle rental price has tripled since 2023, and will increase again next year. These reservations will be awarded on a first-come-first-serve basis, starting with priority for groups with medical needs, by filling out this form
4x Upstairs Private Rooms & 2x Downstairs Private Rooms - $240 - All private rooms sleep 4 on two bunk beds and include a vanity with private sink, toilet, and shower. You are allowed up to 6 total people in an Upstairs private room if you bring your own bedding for the extra 2 people.
In order to secure your reservation, you must Zelle (preferred) or Paypal us, at gm.alliancemn@gmail.com, the room fee within three days of us confirming your reservation. If your payment is not received by that time, we will contact the next person on the waiting list.
Private Room reservations are open NOW! We will begin notifying groups as soon as possible as to whether they have secured private rooms or not. If you request medical priority, please include enough information which you are comfortable sharing about your necessary accommodations.
