As a FEMA reservist, you’ll provide critical support in disaster response and recovery efforts. This role allows you to make a real difference while gaining valuable experience in emergency management.

The CREW Act enhances support for emergency responders and is closely related to USERRA (Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act). This means that as a reservist, your civilian job protections are reinforced when you respond to national emergencies. You can serve knowing your job is secure!
