First Event Items To Bring

Being our first event wanted to get a check list going for people who are new or just forgetful. Please add to the list if I didn't cover it.

1.warm sleeping bag plus blankets. Will be cold

2. extra extra clothes. Socks at least 4 pair if not more. three changes of clothes. it may rain and they don't dry well in the cold. gloves.

3. Your own larping items, weapons, magic items. coin, racial requirements.

4. Food. Friday night and Saturday morning are not planned meals. Lunch and dinner are and will have a menu up a week before.

5. Drinks are on you and possibly a good way to get coin if you stock up and sell in game.

7. Deodorant and personal hygiene items.

remember to dress in layers. It helps for multiple reasons in the cold.

I fully expect it to be pretty chilly at night (20-30s). If you can incorperate warmer larp wear great. If you can't, I would rather people comfortable (jacket/hat/gloves). I know we had a couple people freeze out on our end of the year events last season and this will be colder. Moisture wicking thermal underwear/shirt also help a lot.

The other thing I might suggest is lighting (for you cabins). They don't have electricity. Lots of those fake candles or coleman lanterns seem to do okay.

Coolers to keep anything cold.

Garbage bags for your trash.
