This is Michael. I realized that I hadn't made a single post on the forum and sought to remedy that. I figured a "HI!! IM NEW!!" post a good place to start, and was probably overdue.
I was at the 3 Day event last Labor Day and had a great time. LARP is not something I had ever done as it pertains to this type of activity, however I have been active with Renaissance festivals in Maryland, Michigan, and Minnesota as well as having been involved in theatre in high school and throughout college both behind the curtains and on stage. I have also played D&D and the like, so when you think about it, LARP is the natural progression of all of these separate activities into one easily scheduled event.
I look forward to being killed by you all many hundreds of times in the coming months, and hopefully I am able to share as much as I learn.
