Florentine and thrown weapon

Lets say Bob has a long sword in one hand and a throwing dagger in the other. He has the skills to use each weapon by itself.

Does Bob need the Florentine skill for the following? Bob is fighting one enemy with the sword, and sees another with back turned. Bob throws the dagger at enemy 2, while fending off or attacking enemy 1 with the sword.

Does the answer change if the situation changes slightly? That is, is there any situation where Bob needs Florentine when using a one handed weapon plus throwing dagger?

This situation is...

Perfectly legal!

A throwing dagger isn’t a weapon you can block with, nor attack someone in melee with. It’s fairly equivalent to someone who holds a staff in one hand to protect themselves while casting packets with the other hand.

This would be illegal if you were holding a melee weapon, however, or a second bow.
