Fluid Class Question - Spell Trees

As per the Fluid Class ideology - can you change your primary and secondary spell trees if it becomes more cost effective while developing your character.

For example: Joe, upon creation of his scholar defines as his primary school as Earth. However, he winds up purchasing more spell slots for his secondary tree of Celestial than he does for his Earth tree. Can he then switch his primary tree to Celestial in order to conserve build points.

The description of fluid class change should be changed to include the following:

Additionally, a character may swap their choice of Primary and Secondary schools if they reach a point where doing so would work to their advantage in terms of build point allocation.
