Greater Command effects target the body, not the spirit.

If Greater Command targets the body and not the spirit, shouldn't / why wouldn't you be able to use Greater Command effects on dead bodies? The spirit is not being targeted so the dead body seems viable. This seems to open a loop hole that I don't believe is intentional, especially for amnesia effects.

Dead bodies are not valid targets for most effects. It is clearly spelled out in the rulebook that, unless otherwise specified, effects will not work on dead bodies, and a dead body should call "No Effect" to most effects that hit them.
