Hey all!

We're working on putting together food for this weekend's event and in order to make sure we can feed everyone in our traditional Crossroad's style, see below for a list of food items we'd love to have donated. If you want to make some gobbies and lend a hand, just shoot us an email or post here with what you're bringing.

Many thanks!
(as a side note, bacon will not be served unless it is donated. Sorry!)

2 Large boxes or bunches of grapes
2 Watermelons
3 - 4 Cantaloupe, Honeydew, or similar melons
2 bags of oranges
15 lbs of potatoes
10 lbs bacon
10 lbs of long grain rice
6 cups of vegetable broth
1 small bottle soy sauce
1 small bottle balsamic or rice wine vinegar
1 small (1-2lb) bag of brown sugar
1 small container corn starch
12 gallons of spring/bottled water
1 large fruit punch mix
1 large lemonade mix

Bringing a large lemonade and a large fruit punch mix

I can score 10 lbs of bacon for $36. Lancaster county is good for a few things. :)

Would it be possible to get reimbursed, either by food committee or another player who wants credit for the donation? (C'mon ... it's bacon!)

I'll reimburse you, since I sent an e-mail that said I would donate it.

I'll bring the potatos

That totally works for me. I'm assuming that this is a good price for bacon - I clearly don't pay enough to the grocery shopping at home. :)

Also have red wine vinegar and soy sauce
