FOOD for the event!

As Dave had mentioned Meals will be provided for PCs at the event.

There will be a $5 charge for having 3 prepared meals in game.
These meals will be Saturday Lunch, Saturday Dinner, and Sunday Breakfast. People who have registered may come and get their meals at the allotted times. Any extras will be available for those who desire a second helping.
Drinks will also be provided at Meal times.

Meal times:
Saturday lunch 11-1
Saturday dinner 6-8
Sunday Breakfast 10-12

We will be cooking these meals for in-game tips only. (though if you'd like to tip us out of game we'd accept that)

PCs will be expected to bring some sort of stein, tankard or other drinking implement as drinks will be poured in the kitchen.
PCs should also bring hydrating liquids and snackfoods of their own. There will be no service or available food at any other time than the posted meal times.
There will be no food provided to PCs Friday night as that is when I will be traveling to the store to purchase food.

Food will be simple fair such as ham, chicken, potatoes, briskit, stew, biskits and gravy, bacon and eggs etc.

Might it be possible to have the bell rung as meals start, so those who are (a) late sleepers or (b) completely unaware of the time will know that time's a-wasting?

That was my plan. So long as the bell remains in game it will be used for a meal on and last call for meal.

The kitchen will still be open to all those who wish to use it.
