A foreign diplomat and I will be meeting in Valbrough in the morning on the 16th day of this month. He is of noble blood, and to be treated as such. Including kneeling in his presence. The treaty we will agree upon, will see Eastlands, and all of Dragonreach to a promising future with a strong ally. It is vital it goes well.
