Formal Rank v. Ritual Difficulty

The book states that the chance of success of a ritual is "10% plus the primary caster's Formal Magic levels minus the ritual's Difficulty Rating." The previous edition has the exact same wording, except it doesn't include a '%'. Is that '%' supposed to be there, because it has a dramatic impact on the difficulty of casting rituals.

On page 131, under "Get Ritual Ready", the 7th paragraph should change as follows, from:

"... Success chance equals 10% plus the primary caster's Formal Magic levels minus the ritual's Difficulty Rating. If using ..."

to

"... The Success Number used for the ritual roll is 10 plus the primary caster's Formal Magic levels minus the ritual's Difficulty Rating. If using ..."

Note that this now correctly ties the phrasing into the usage of the term "Success Number" later in the Formal rules.
