Fortannis IC Section - What Do?

Hi!

I wanted to know more about the Fortannis IC section of these boards.

-Is this something that is meant for all chapters/chronicles, like a cross-kingdom communication?
-How do the communications happen IG? Like, do you need Read/Write, can you utilize a messenger, is it in person, some mystical-thing-that-just-happens without any real IG thing?

Essentially I saw a post I'd love to respond to IG, I'm just not sure how it happens in that if it would be appropriate or I'd be actually able to do so IG.

There's a "dream realm" where it can be assumed you're hearing these things in a spoken form, unless it says it's otherwise being communicated.

If you want to respond, just have your character speak and don't forget to sign it with who's responding, so people who recognize your "voice" know who it is.
