Fortress Questions

If I'm magic storming and someone casts a fortress on me. Can I continue the magic storm and be protected by fortress so long as I keep my hands over my head and feet planted?

What if the magic storm is not cast but is instead activatable?

Can I activate non-touchcast spells such as dragons breath while under the effects of Fortress (so long as I maintain the physical requirements of the Fortress)?

As noted in the spell, only touchcast spells (on themselves) are allowed under
Fortress; you could not continue a Magic Storm which was active at the time the
Fortress was cast. However, activated items may be used while under a Fortress
effect, though one would need to be *very* careful to not break the spell
physical limitations while attempting to activate a Storm type spell.
