Friend's request about chainmail

I have a friend who is getting a custom designed attire for Renaissance and he is looking for chain male. I suggested to wait and not buy it from Bud-K because I figured someone here would have one for sale, know how to make, or were to buy better than from Bud-K. I also chose to ask within SoMN just because I'm acquainted with everyone here.

i got a coif and chain shirt that was steel for under 100 bucks and free shipping on e-bay. you just have to search extensively. -dawson
 
I was at Daves when you were talking with whomever at the prep night, and I'm assuming that was a good find. I did, however, find him a coif thanks to Paige. I'm spending a ton of money at this event most likely because a few people I'm bringing MIGHT not have money for memberships so I will be buying their's, plus the amount to trade Paige for the Coif assuming my buddy doesn't bring me the money by the weekend.
