Saturday:

Breakfast:
Biscuits and Sausage Pepper Gravy. Eggs to order. A side of Bacon. Yogurt, Honey, and mixed fruit.
  • Gluten-Free option: Biscuits are made with Gluten Free Flour
  • Vegetarian option: Pancakes upon request
Lunch:

Smash Burgers with American cheese and grilled onions and choice condiments (ketchup, mayo, mustard, relish) served with a side of chips and a side salad (iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, and carrots) with a choice of ranch or Italian dressing.
  • Gluten-Free Option: GF buns available upon request
  • Vegetarian Option: Veggie patty available upon request
Dinner:

Baked Chicken with mashed potatoes and turkey gravy. Steamed veggies and a side salad (iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, and carrots) with a choice of ranch or Italian dressing.
  • Gluten-Free Option: Already GF
  • Vegetarian Option: No chicken
All Day Snacks:
  • Assorted Fruit, Granola Bars, and Chips
  • Bug Juice (Kool Aid and Sprite)
  • Country Time Lemonade
Sunday:

  • Focaccia, eggs, gravy, cheese.
  • Add toppings on side: bacon, sausage, vegan sausage, roasted veggies.
Parfait side:
  • Yogurt, Agave, berries, gluten free granola
Lunch:

Build your own Bowl
  • Bases: Herbed Rice or Spring Mix
  • Proteins: Shredded Chicken or Tofu
  • Toppings: tomatoes, red onions, feta cheese, cheddar cheese, cucumbers, carrots
  • Dressings: ranch, bleu cheese, french, italian dressing
  • Additional toppings available by request only: fresh bacon bits, sunflower seeds, roasted mushrooms
Dessert: freezie pops

Dinner:

Vegetarian White Chili:
beans, tomatoes, onions, peppers, cumin, oregano, cayenne
  • Proteins: Shredded chicken, shredded pork, vegan chorizo
  • Toppings: cheese, corn tortilla chips, sour cream, salsa
