Greetings Friends,

For those of you who are newer adventuring or are visiting from far off Mistspheres elsewhere, I am Housemother Adlao, and I help mind our various Taverns to provide you nourishment and respite along your journeys. I also take the Town Census for us Unbounded at the start of each market to assist our Town Leaders distribute loot more accurately and efficiently for larger Town endeavors.

I am looking for a fellow Adventurer to help me record names for the Town Census. Please let me know if you wish to help us keep accurate records.

• I apologize that there is no monetary compensation for this service we provide- only the contentment in knowing that we have triumphed over Chaos in yet another of its vile forms.

While in Atupal, please see me or that designated individual that we may record your name for this Market and provide you some reminders about how our Town distributes earnings. I wish you safety in the battles to come!

Here’s a step by step of the process:

• A designated PC will have a clipboard and sheet to record your name.
• They will write your PC’s name down and give you your Number on the roster.
  • Please print clearly and legibly
  • We will not add people to the list by proxy.
  • If you signed up to volunteer in the Kitchen (like do dishes) add a circled K next the name (see below)
• They will ask you which days you are participating as a PC
  • Days you are present/PCing will be circled
  • Days you aren't will be struck with an X.
    • If you leave the event early, please try to let that person know so that they can adjust your entry and the Head Count for the rest of the event.

You are responsible for yourself after the auction is completed to claim your share of the Town Loot Split:

• When you collect your loot split after a Town Auction, give the Auction Team your assigned number they can find you more quickly on the list.
  • They will mark you after you claim your split with a high lighter marker (we're using the same sheet all weekend so don't cross off names)
  • If a person has a circled K next to their name, send a runner to the Kitchen so they can come collect their share.
• No Group Splits.
• You Forfeit your share of loot if:
  
  • You fail to get your name recorded in the list
  • You don't collect your split promptly when it is called (or ask someone to collect it for you before last call).
  • No exceptions!

Here’s a quick example to illustrate- It’s Saturday PM after the Big Town Mod:

• Both Tava and Wind just got their loot splits, and we still have Sunday left to go
• Tava was an NPC on Friday so she didn’t get a split that night and Friday was X’d out so that she didn't get counted towards the Total PCs for the Split that Friday night.
• But Wind was a PC on Friday, and so he got his split. The Helper person marked Friday with their highlighter after he received it
• Tonight, Saturday, both Tava and Wind were PCs who participated in the Town Mod, so Saturday is circled in. They also both just got their loot splits, so Saturday was marked off with a highlighter dot for both of them.
• Tomorrow there will hopefully be another town Mod, so they are circled up to be counted towards that PC Total. ))
