I was curious if I am going to be coming to game and would have my card transferred from hq to you guys, would I be able to spend gobbies. Also I just want to make sure that the magic item policy is up to date that you do not accept lco magic items unless the plot team requests it. Thank you
 
You can only spend gobbies in the chapter that you earned them. LCO items are usually not allowed to be used in different chapters.
For Crossroads we do not allow LCO items from other chapters, without foreknowledge from both chapters' plot teams.
