Goblin Stamp Thread and Questions.

I couldn't seem to locate our local Goblin Stamp post, did it disappear?

Anyhow, just curious on Seattle's policy on the following, if it's any different from what's in the book:
Purchasing production items with GS.
-Limit on GS spent this way per event/logistics period?
-Requirements for purchasing items?
-Restricted production items?
 
Per the ARB you may only spend 100 GS at an event, 50 for a faire day and 150 for a 3 day event, and the only restricted purchases are Silvered and Strengthened weapons.
