Good sportsman rule and this forum

I am taing this from the national site and applying it here -

This forum is an extension of the Alliance game and the events. At events, we strive to create at best a community of friends and at worst a community of people with a similar interest that can interact respectfully. To this end, we have a good sportsmanship rule. We attempt to foster a positive experience for everyone. We will not always succeed at this endeavour, but the attempt will always be wholeheartedly made.

It has been decided that this forum should also follow the good sportsmanship rule and ideal. People will argue and discuss vehemently certainly, myself included. People will sometimes get angry with each other. But every attempt should be made to make this a community.

People who are seen to not follow the good sportsman rule, whether troll, long time player or casual observer will be asked to rectify their behavior. It they do not, they will be banned and posts will be deleted.

Accusations of cheating and trolling to make snide comments are not welcome, especially anonymously. We all get a little heated sometimes, but try to avoid this too. If you do post something inappropriate, an apology is never out of place.

The bottom line is, be a good sport. Insulting people, posting anonymous accusations or just to get a reaction and just generally being a jerk is not being a good sport. If you have to stop and think if something you are posting is not in good sportsmanship, then it probably isn't.
