I want to go to nationals. Because I've already got the days off from work. But I haven't registered yet. Because I don't have a plan to get there yet.

I can leave at noon on Thursday. And must be back by 2am on Wednesday.

Car:
I do not have one.

Car Rental:
The rental would be about 200 + gas. I am willing to do this but not alone. I would need a second driver at least. But more people means less cost.

Bus:
About 130 one way, and the drop off is close. But The departure is a few hours earlier than I can get away. I may have to trade shifts though. But it takes 26 hrs and Going back would not get me home in time.

Air Plane:
Dealing with fake sword and Security. about 300 for tickets

Well is anyone interested in vehicle with me? Or letting me carpool with them? I'm planning to pack light, only one bag and my sword.

I'm in a pickle, I want to go but I need to get there.

That's three folks.

I would suggest you all get together to determine if you are all still coming and make out a plan. Personally I would advise a mid to late Thursday departure and push through to Friday Morning, this will let you get there a bit early to claim a good cabin/tent spot and take a nap. With multiple folks you should be able to rotate naps just fine.

I wish I could do more for you folks, a big showing from SoMN would be fantastic, but my early arrival for the symposium means I'm mostly hands off.

If you have information, need to be added or taken off the list, send me a pm or post it here (depending on if you want to share the reason why etc.) and I'll update things.
 
I wouldn't mind pitching in for rental fee + gas, but I would need to prefer it be as low as possible.
If Andrea, Tristan and I go it shouldn't be too much of a fortune.
I personally can't drive but I know Andrea and Tristan can.....it would leave lots of more room for gear.
 
I just got a new job, so I will be unable to go this year, thank you though.
 
ok I'm going to shop around and plan to split 2 ways with the hopes that a 3rd or a 4th may join us. contact me though any messenger. I can do the driving if you help with keeping me awake and alert.
 
Drez, we should maybe try to con one of our non-larp friends into NPCing.
