Green tags

I am posting this in the HQ section because (to me) it is spefic to HQ. Say I have a green tag for a horse or a box, what ever. A value is placed on that tag. 1) Can I trade it in to logistics for money? 2) what if I have the eval item skill (which gives you the value for items with numbers on them) and/or 3) have craftsman merchant (which in the past in HQ was used with eval item to hand them in to logs in the past for full value of the coin?

Not yet. You can sell them IG of course.

I will let this slip: In the new book, Evaluate Item is being changed to a skill called Merchant, which allows you to not only evaluate items but sell things with an exact value back to logistics (ie: you can sell back "item" tags and Production Point things, but not ritual scrolls or components or magic items).

So be patient.

Help me I'm confused. Say I buy a horse for 3 gold (going cost) and in one year I have to pay 3 gold again (maintenance/renewal cost likend to feed and keep costs) but after six months I wish to sell my horse, is it now only worth 1.5 gold ? Does this work the same with Keeps; Boat/ships;wagons and other green tag items.
If this is true than I should theoretically be able to buy a Large Keep for only 1/12 of the rule book cost if the tag only has one more month before renewal date.
Am I understandind this correctly???

Just be patient. The new book gets rid of the yearly upkeep because of confusion like this.
