My fellow Harkonians and servants to the Emperor,
As the true-blooded minotaur have undoubtedly already noticed, our blood rage has changed; old ones among us will know what this means, but for the young ones who do not know - who are spread across the Emperor's Chalice giving to the Emperor in heart, in mind, and in spirit - may be confused by this sudden change.
While the mists have cut our direct contact with our homeland and our Emperor, we are still bonded to our Emperor through blood and honor. Late last Saturday evening the eldest and closest to the Emperor first felt the changes, and they will have undoubtedly spread to the youngest amongst us now.
Do not mourn the passing of our Emperor, instead celebrate our new Emperor who will bleed for us daily just as our Emperor before him bled for us; celebrate the renewed strength he will give to us. Celebrate for the day when we will be reunited with our homeland and our Emperor.
As our old Emperor's spirit has passed into the next plane, so too has the favor that he has shown to certain individuals; individuals that have, in the past, taken advantage of their favored standing. To that end, the following individuals are no longer favored by the Harkonian Empire, and are to be captured or killed on sight for crimes committed against true-blooded minotaur and servants of the Emperor:
