Healed by Prison

Along the same lines as the Healed by Flame thread:

If a creature is "Healed by Prison" do they take a Prison effect when they "heal" themselves with a Prison?

Whenever a creature has the ability "Healed By <something>", it should be assumed that they are healed *instead of* whatever the effect would normally be.

Thus, a card which is Healed to Full by Prison is never going to be under the effects of a Prison.
