Healer's Resolve Vs. Undead/Chaos

Healer's Resolve is not a spell, which is why it doesn't set off Spell Shield (if I remember correctly).

It does 5 Healing.

Undead take double damage from Healing effects (and HR was ruled as part of the Healing group).

Thus, could I use a pool of HR to Touch-Murderfy Undead for 10 damage?

In theory, sure.
You couldn't do it in combat, since it's touch only and you can't make contact in combat, but if you had them Confined or something you could do it. I can't think of a circumstance where you could use this that you couldn't just Killing Blow them, but I can't think of a mechanical reason why you'd be prevented from doing it.
