Hi Ryan,

I don't believe we have any game days scheduled at this time, but when they do occur, they most often are at Hamlin Park in Shoreline. When they happen, they're generally (I think pretty much every time for the last several years) held in the late morning, lasting to the mid-afternoon. I'll let a staffer answer if/when there'll be another game day, though.
 
oh ok you guys are mainly holding events then? ill keep my eyes peeled for game days if you guys will be holding any some time soon. Ill bring my gf along also.I'v larped for bout 12 years in another group similar to nero. My gf now 2 or 3 years larping. I'm looking to try a new group out. So any info is great thanks.
 
Currently, the next Seattle game is Oct. 30- Nov. 1 at Camp Sheppard, east of Enumclaw, WA. The date on that may change, however.

There is also a game run by Alliance Oregon which will be the weekend of Oct. 9-11. That game will be run near Goldendale, WA. Bit more info here: http://nerohq.com/forum/ -- Look for the chapter forums.

The only other West Coast chapter is in California, and you can find more information about them also on the NeroHQ website. I'm not sure when their next game is.

Sadly, we don't have a lot of games right now since the sites we run at are difficult to book and more expensive in the summer. I hope you are still excited about trying the game, come fall! It's a lot of fun, and we're friendly people.

Meh well we don't bust out the chainsaws on the first day we use whips first.
 
I am looking at running game days through September for Seattle. More information as I formulate the plots around them. Look for them starting around August 16th.
 
ill see if i can make it out. I'm pretty excited to try it out. i think i may know a few people in your group i keep seeing a rener pop online if thats shane i think i know him. But if you guys do like any day games im 100% ill make it out events are less likely do to work and stuff but ill still try to make that happen

Where are you coming from?
We'll be running a Fighter's Practice in the Bellingham area tomorrow, with some game days in the next month or so (the plan is to sqeeze one in before the Oregon Event October 9-11, so we'll definately get one going up here in September). If you can make it, Fighter's Practices are free, and they're designed for new people to learn the game (that's why I'm staging this one, I've got a bunch of local newbies). You'll even get some Goblin Stamps, which, when you get enough, can be turned into Experience Points for your character.
 
I'm from Arlington.I made plans all ready today i wish i knew more in advance i would have made it out. yeah just give me a date a little more in advance and ill make plans to come to a game day or fighter practice. also do you have your weapon regulations some were online so i can make sure i bring gear that passes saftey? or is that only in the rule book?
 
Keep an eye on that thread, that's where the announcement about dates will be. That fighter's practice was only scheduled a week in advance, but the next one will have a little more warning. (We'll probably pick a date on Monday.) The weapon regulations aren't online, they're in the published book. You can get the physical book on Amazon, or you can get the e-book here. We'll have loaner gear at the fighter's practice if you can't get a weapon by then. We'll have some stuff at the gameday, but focus more on having a costume and a character history for that than weapons.
 
ok sounds good. ill keep a eye out. i got many costumes and such i ran plot for years now so i got quite a large amount of gear. and i got a character in the works and should be ready for game.
 
I'm sory I got the day mixed up I'm standing in the park right now I'm use to gaming on Sundays what a stupid mistake lol.
