Probably not that often though I did meet a urinal aficionado when I was in college (a woman). I guess they just made a bunch of signs and put them on every stall door in all the bathrooms.

The bottom left is maybe the only one they need since that is exactly how you would use a squat toilet (these days a porcelain hole in the ground).
