So... I just thought that I should warn y?all...
I have this feeling that my cabin-mates & I are gunna do a really spectacular decorating our house for this next event and ya know, I think that we are gunna kick all of your guy's donkeys when it comes to having the house with the best IG atmosphere, the best decorations, and um... the best... random cool medieval-ish stuff laying around! :laugh: **cocky laugh** :laugh: I am so confident about this that I am willing to make a bit of a wager with y?all:

If any other house is deemed to be decorated better than the House of the Fallen Swans at the next event, I will publicly kiss the feet of one designated member of that house at closing ceremonies.

Yeah. I challenge all of you. Bring it on!

BUT, there will be one thing that I will bring to the event that will blow everyone's socks off.

What do you consider best though? The best coolness factor? The best keeping with a theme?

I decorate the EG every event... just not too heavily... cause, y'know, sick people go there IG...

I'd have to say that Zodiac has consistently had the best decorated cabin, and Gypsy camp has always done extremely well.

Personally, Hayley, if you want to amaze me, you better be ready to hide every touch of technology in the cabin, or I'm calling shenanigans on you. :D

"Best cabin" would involve level-of-detail & amount of effort, but also most appropriate decorations for the theme of your house/cabin.

Dude, man. Where's the fun in that? You have to at least try! I'm sure you got somethin'! I mean, how hard is it to raid your local thrift store or gamer-bedroom for candle holders, fake jewelry, cool-looking boxes, floor pillows, large dead animals, & other neat NERO house-decorating stuff?

and as a side note.... I think we should make Mykell an honorary member of all the other houses, no one wants to kiss his shoes.

Cabin roguing is always fun....hehehe....we could split the stuff, decorate our houses with it and then call a tye. That way she can kiss one of mykells feet and one of mine....hehehe.

Wait a minute, are you guys serious? Ack! Well, it looks like I need to make a guideline then. (yeah. my lips, my rules. End of story)

The cabins will be judged based upon the decorations that they have at the beginning of the game. And anyone who is willing to rouge anyone else's cabin for OOG reasons should not be part of this competition.

The point is to make YOUR cabin look cool, not make other cabins look bad.

However, if you actually have IG reasons to rouge someone else?s cabin and steal every bit of stuff that they have; to pull the tapestries from the walls and rob them down to bare bed-frames, go right ahead. Just keep in mind that it WILL NOT put them behind in the competition. And also, you'd better have a pretty damned good IG reason.

No contest for us, we've got four adult males crammed into a subaru wagon coming up, so extraineous decoration is gonna be out. However, I bet my shield is cooler than your whole house put together. Muahahahahahahahah...

Hey Jeff, if we have any extra tapestries &/or stuff at my house, shall we send 'um your way?


As for everyone else: if you have extra decorations, don't hesitate to bring them! The tavern could ALWAYS use a bit of color (please help decorate the tavern!)(it will make the event cooler for everyone!)(and wouldn?t it be cool to at least have enough wall-hangings to cover all the summer-camp announcements??) And also, I?m sure that there are plenty of folks who, because of circumstances beyond their control, will have cabins as-bare-as-Solomon.

It would benefit the entire game atmosphere everyone whose cup overrunth with decorations were to spread the wealth a bit, if you get my drift. :D
