I have withdrawn my offer

Hey everybody!

As most of you know, I was in negotiations with Dave and Mike V. to purchase Alliance Seattle. After a lot of thought I have decided to withdraw my offer.

I am withdrawing my offer because I have realized that the more responsibility I take on for a game the more the game feels like work. I don't want my game to be a second job which is what it would become for me if I were to own the chapter. While I may have done a good job as the owner it would not have been good for me. However, I will stay on plot for as long as I am needed.

My withdrawal has nothing to do with the negotiations between Dave and I as he and I have agreed on everything of consequence.

This may come as a shock and/or disappointment to some of you for which I apologize. It took me a long time to come to this conclusion and I am sure everything will work out for the best.

I very much appreciate Seth's reasons for not wanting to own the chapter and respect his decision 100%. Owning a chapter is a lot of work and dealing with people, it makes the events a very different thing from playing them, or even being on plot. Thanks for the consideration, Seth, and I look forward to contuing to work with you on plot and as a player when you leave the plot team.

As I stated when I put out the announcement that I was seeking a buyer, I will not be closing the chapter due to this sale falling through. The chapter will continue and we currently have the next 3 events scheduled.
