Hey man. It's super specific to the game. Some chapters do not offer them, while others have specific rules.

Also, if your chapter is anything like my chapter, you should join then Alliance South Michigan Facebook page for chapter-specific questions. It's not so much there's a right way, but I've found that there's way more activity on our FB page than our local forums.
