Sending a letter to an npc will now count as an IBGA action. We've had a lot of people send letters, and then hold off on sending in ibgas waiting for responses. This is a bad work flow for us. Additionally, we found that we were spending as much time writing letter responses as we were writing ibga responses.
As a plot team we spend a lot of time writing ibgas. This is fine, it's something we want to do, as we think it helps people get pumped up for the event, and it's good for helping players get back into character after break.
We also love when people write letters to Barons, Counts, Dukes, Kings, Death Knights. That's cool. But, it's kind of unmanageable if everyone is writing 2 letters, and then holding off on ibgas until they get their letters.
So just please note this moving forward. A few of you are in limbo, and you'll get responses and then can send in your ibga like before. After that though, we have to start treating letters like ibgas.
