OK, here's a game I am ripping off from a movie Bulletin Board I am on. Hope the links all work.

Your job is to ID the movies from the picture. It's almost impossible to get them all, but do the best you can! Sometimes you can guess based on the actors involved and can go to http://www.imdb.com and look at that actor's resume and that can help you figure it out. (i.e.: doing research to guess the answer is OK)

There will be five rounds. You may join at any time simply by guessing. Be sure to PM me your answer. Don't post it here!

Deadline for round one: Wednesday at 6 pm EST.

I've gotten a few replies so far that have identified some of the films... remember that you can update your guesses up until the deadline so feel free to add more.

I know for a fact that I can only identify (and have only seen) one of the movies. The last movie I have seen and I can even give a time frame for when it happened in the movie (within about a one minute of precise time of the scene).

None of these should be really hard if you take the time to look at who the actors are (in most cases) and make a good guess... I didn't pick any obscure art films that were only seen by three people or anything.

Maybe I'll do it this way -- first guesses that are correct get 3 points. Then after a few days I will print hints, and guesses after the hints get 1 point.

Sounds good?

The redhead on the balcony, the boar-like helmet and the cross on the rock are bugging me. I know that I know what movies they're from but I just can't put my finger on it. Grrrrr! Arrrgh!

Numbers 3,4,8, and 9 are tricky.

I guess I'll have to wait for the hints.

Funny how two people can have such a different knowledge of movies. 3, 4, 8, and 9 were ones I immediately recognized. My difficulty was 2, 5, 6, and 10.

Guess what you can. It's OK to guess once and then guess again after the hints, but I'll only count your most recent guess.

For instance, if you originally guess "Gone With the Wind" and then after the clue you change your answer to "The Wizard of Oz" and "GWTW" was correct, you won't get any points.

7 and 9 were the rough ones for me. I am not even sure I got them. May have to update after hints
