If any PC is planning on going to the Annex at any time from now until the end of the September 2019 event, please contact Plot at Monster Camp before you go. All non-plot sanctioned travel to the annex is assumed to have been just stories.
For the Sep 2019, there will be no artificial delay imposed on travel to the Annex. However long it takes in reality is how long it takes in-game.
