IG Reason for next event

Hello!

I know OOG that next event is a big ol' to do with some elves on the border of the Ash Forest and whatnot, but I just can't seem to find the IG justification anywhere. I read through the newsletter which is a great piece but lacks a call to arms or anything like that.

Mr/Mrs Director.. what's my motivation?
