Newbie
Due to an error at the BSA Council office, Camp Cutter is double-booked through this weekend. Rather than accept a disruptive atmosphere for your game, we have moved the venue of the July event.

We have arranged to move our event to another camp in the same area, Camp Chesebrough. Camp Chesebrough has full kitchen and shower facilities as well as a large, newly-constructed lodge. What Camp Chesebrough does not have is indoor sleeping arrangements, so tent camping will be required. If you have a tent that you can bring please post in the "Tent Census" thread here: http://alliancesf.net/forum/index.php?t ... 41.msg9738
Please post there to help us ensure that every attendee has a spot.

To compensate you for this change, Mike has lowered the attendance fee for this event by $30. If you have already pre-registered with Paypal, you will get your rebate in the next two days. If you wish to cancel your attendance, we understand and will refund your registration in full by your request. Please send all requests to "Staff@alliancesf.net"

We just found about this issue on Sunday night and have moved forward to rectify the issue as fast as we could. We apologize for this situation and we have taken steps to make sure that this situation never happens again.

Thank you for your understanding.

Electrical and health issues

If any of the attendees have any health issues that requre electricity (such as a CPAP) we have made arrangements to make sure that you have what you require. If you have any other health issue(s) that we should know about, please let us know at "staff@alliancesf.net"
If anyone has long extension cables that they can bring, please let us know at the same address.

For future reference. ARRO has a LARP park in Middletown, CA. The site is used only for LARP and related venues plus the cost is significantly less. And in my opinion more suitable for LARP as it is mostly flat, wooded land.
