Inquiry regarding LCO items and level caps

107 is the current build cap. Craftsman skills do not count against the cap. It goes up every month based on the maximum possible level within the chapter.
I am not sure I understand your question on LCO item allowances (and anything too specific will require an answer from our GM), but we do not allow LCO items from other chapters to travel here. There may be other restrictions on what can be brought in through the mists, but Jesse will have to provide details on that if you have any questions there.
