Jack-O-Lanterns and undead.

Hello Everyone,
I wanted to remind all of some good advice for this time of year. "In years past Jack-O-Lanterns if lit have repelled undead this time of year. I would suggest bringing one with you this next market day to place outside of your cabin or ward. They will not repel other creatures but, it is this time of years when ghouls, ghosts and other undead seem to have strength.

That protection was always provided by a fae that was connected with the Jack-o-Lantern. With the fae locked away... the protection may not work, so be prepared for that, until it is tested.

I agree it is wise to never to too much stock in old practices as the world has been changing. However it would be go to have some on hand in case the effect still works with the Jack away.
