I hope the end of the gather in Chiram's Hollow went was well as could be expected you and the others. After I left to escort Rend, the mists cut me off from returning to town, and I found myself back in Icenia. I would like to work with you further about the project we discused. I will be at the capitol for a few more weeks, then returning to Fairdale.

To the Storm Blades and Joquin,

The craftsman and suppliers I have spoken with have finaly given me a price so that we can move forward. I intend on having them begin immediatly. The materials and labor will cost the same as a small sailing vessel, so this endevor will need backers. I intend to speek to everyone about this more upon my arrival from the capital Friday night.
