Greetings Alliance Gettysburg,
Due to increased costs at our current camp and lower than anticipated numbers at our June 2022 event, Alliance Gettysburg is taking the following actions to ensure that our July event takes place. First, to help offset the increased costs of the camp we are raising the pre-registration event price to $80 and the at-the-door price to $90. Please note that this price increase is for the 7/22-7/24 event only. Second, we require a minimum of 25 paid players to move ahead with the event. This is our break -even point. Third and final point is we will need to have the 25 pre-registered and paid players by end of the day on July 17th. If we do not meet these numbers (or be very close to it), AGB will have to cancel the event. We acknowledge the difficulty this may present to those of you that have to travel and/or schedule time off in advance. We want to work with you if you have any issues and/or concerns. If you do plan on coming to play and for some reason cannot pre-register/pay by 7/17, please contact us at alliancegettysburg@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.
