July 25 NPC Sound-off!

It looks like it's going to be a high PC event! So...who's left to NPC?

Count me in!
 
Woohoo! You, me, Mike, and Joe running the event on our own. Someone remind me, what is the next step up from a Greater Lich, because with only four of us, I think we are going to need it.

Do you have any idea how much Body a good sized Dragon would LOSE by popping on a Greater Lich card?
 
I have been tempted over to the dark side by the cookies... and my unemployed status. And gas prices. Of course, my mom will be there as well.
 
Come on people, we need more NPCs -- we have a Tourney team to field, lots of great subplots and modules, and really interesting roleplaying parts!

And for all you PCs -- please be patient with us and understand that we may not be able to do as much NPC-wise as you may like. Vow to make sure that never happens again by pledging to NPC at least once for every three times you play!
 
I've heard much talk from people who are planning on "jumping the fence" when they are not busy with other activities. I know this doesn't specifically help with the tourney team, but will provide some help in the "inbetween" times.
 
As players it is your job to have fun. As NPCs it is your job to have fun. I will do my best to see that you all have fun.

I would rather have 5 npcs who WANT to be there than 50 who feel the HAVE to be there.

No one should ever feel that they HAVE to be in NPC camp... but people should sometimes realize that this is basically a volunteer organization and it's nice to show your appreciation to the NPCs who make sure you have a good time by NPCing yourself every now and then!

It would be a nerdy, dead dragon. Of course it would have less body than it's athletic, well-rounded dragon friends.

I have NPC'd five times this summer. Including HQ! NPCing is a wonderful experience for those of you who have yet to try it. You get to be so many things, and without the apprehension of mortality that comes with a PC lol. I have a blast NPCing and I would welcome someone from camp grabbing me to hop fence as needed. Please do not hesitate....

....Unless something awesome and Dwarf like is happening. That's my happy place. Don't disturb me then! :mrgreen:

Actually, I'm thinking I might be better off changing my pre-reg to next event and coming as an NPC. Embarrassingly enough, I can find all of my costume but I cannot find my wings! It is hard to be a fruit bat without wings!
 
Will teams be "Guarding the Wall" this time ? It kinda worked the last time.

Well, if I don't find my wings by tomorrow I'll be switching. Tomorrow was when I was going to get the last of Edgar together, and if I can't have his wings, then I shall merely NPC.
 
As of now there's no plans for "guarding the wall." I am not a fan of requiring people to NPC. The worst volunteer in ANY situation is the one that doesn't want to be there. That being said if an entire team wants to hop the fence for a wave, or help us run a mod or two it is always appreciated.
 
As I did last time, if you guys need any NPC help, just feel free to pull me aside. I think Jonesy and Nunzio need to come out again.
