Greetings Friends,
At this time in my life, Nero is the longest running activity i participate in on a regular basis. I met some Great people and friends and so I am making this offer to everyone and anyone. I am currently in the worst physical shape of my life and up until 8 days ago was a smoker. But i have quit smoking and my ankle injuries from last year have healed. So on June 4th i will begin training and working out again. I have come up with an extensive workout regiment from many years at this including things back to my roots. I plan to work 3 times a day, 4 days a week. While i know many will not be able to come by or commit on that level. But you do not have to. Spending just a few sessions with me, can help those who think they would want my help to get on the right track.
I am NASM certified, Various certifications on Nutrition and dieting as well as weight training and Metabolic physics/work outs. And a veteran of K1 kickboxing, IKF, and mma-nhb. But we will not be fighting each other.... Just taking elements of training from those times in my life and applying them now. I have Crash space if people wanna spend a few days in a row with me as well.
The cost of all this will be FREE, I have cancelled my clients who pay for personal training, and most likely pulling out of my High School Football coaching Job for this year. Again anyone is welcome, you just need a journal to write stuff in. The workouts will be weight training, kettlebell training ( i have all this) , callostetic training ( i have a boxing gym in my basement). Metabolic, resistance ( i have a 500lb tire ) and yoga/ ballistic stretching plus a few other surprises. Diet will play a major roll as well. The workouts can be attuned to those who want to build muscle mass, build cardio, lose mass, trim fat, anyone in any shape.
Again it is free, You just need a journal and intensity level RED. But donations for the food would be welcomed. As the amount of protein and fruits/veggies you have to drink or eat will literary be unbelievable.

P.S. Again this is open to anyone. any experience level, any weight or size or cardio level.
P.S.S.- My Malinda is Reiki master level 3 certified. She is willing to help as well.
