June Site Information

We will be sharing the campgrounds with the Boyscouts this event. They will be holding what they refer to as a Day Camp, with a one night camping overnight. Two groups one on Friday night and one on Saturday night. Speed Limit on the gounds is 15 MPH, for safety reasons please follow the speed limit strictly. Also, because of the increased traffic at the camp grounds we have been asked to use the "backway" into our usual cabin areas.

Directions to the campground can be found on our website. But once you are on site follow the following directions:

1. Enter the main camp Entrance.
2. This ends at a "T" junction, turn right as if you were going toward the directors house.
3. There is a "Y" junction right there, go down the left side of the "Y" and down the hill.
4. There is a sign on the right hand side of the road that says something like "no outlet" but ignore it and keep on going.
5. Keep going straight past workshops untill it dead ends, look to your left and you will see a two track.
6. Follow the two track, be watchfull for any downed tree limbs and such, as well as steep embankments.
7. The two track will eventually end in a "T" junction.
8a. If you turn to the left it will take you down a steep hill to a building where we are holding logistics/tavern at.
8b. If you turn to the right it will take you to the PC/NPC cabin areas.

Cabin allocation for this event:

The four cabins with the Pavilion in the middle is for PC use. This is a first come/first served situation. Do not expect to keep a cabin all to yourself. The cabins sleep 8 normally. For those who wish to "tent-it" please keep the tents to the backside of the first two cabins on the right. We want to minimize the possibility of people "tripping" on tent guidelines.

Showers:

We will have access to showers at this event. Please bear in mind that these showers will also will be being used by the other campers on site so you may have to wait in a line. Please be patient.
