Junior Plot Recruitment
Ever wanted to try your hand at writing and running Plot for events? You’re in luck! The Chicago Gavaria Plot Team is happy to announce that we are looking to fill 1 to 2 Junior Plot Team Member roles for the 2023 season and beyond! No prior Plot experience is strictly necessary - this is a beginner Plot Team role, working closely alongside the existing team to create exciting, engaging, and memorable content for our playerbase, all while learning the “tricks of the trade” and honing your skills as a Plot Member. We look forward to seeing what unique perspectives and creative designs new individuals bring to the team and the chapter!
Requirements:
Interested? If so, send an email to plot@chicagoalliancelarp.com with your name and a sample written module or two by December 31, 2022. This can be anything - we simply want to see an example of your style and creativity, even if you’ve never seen a module written down before. Don’t worry about everything being absolutely perfect right off the bat; if selected, the current Plot Team will coach you through ideas and modules you may run. Claire got her start back in the day as Junior Plot, and look at her now!

Requirements:
- Write at least 3 modules prior to each event, and run those modules at the event.
- Available to attend at least 80% of Gavaria Plot events (dates to be determined).
- Available to attend remote Plot meetings on a regular basis to discuss plans with other Plot members.
- Write responses to IBGAs (In Between Game Actions) that relate to their plotlines.
- Ability and willingness to learn and adapt on the fly if needed
