In my research and contacts I have learned of 4 major vampires running the Libertines, and quite old ones at that. Prominent in the southern cities they are very active and are bleeding them quite dry in all senses of the phrase. I do not know their names, so any more information or hints would help.
Likewise, there are two prominent Liches out there. Locations unknown but they are ancient, truly ancient.
#1. Name unknown: Survived the Necromancy Wars, no other intel.
#2. Name unknown: The Kingmaker. This individual orchestrated the Montague Rebellion 300yrs ago.
We may be able to learn something of the 4 vampires from the Call to Ages Past, or even of the Liches.
