Learning from nationals

Hi there, I was just wondering if or when the teaching we got at nationals would show up on our characters. There are some things that I learned at nationals that would like to put points into.

Sorry I would learn them again but... well... it's complicated...

In all seriousness, I'll reach out to the person who ran Logistics for Nationals today, and ask her if there's a process. I was planning on talking to her anyways today for other reasons, so hey, that works out.

Sorry to press the issue again. But, is there someone I can Email to get the information sent to my local chapter... cause it still hasn't gotten to her.
