I saw these lockpicks at my favorite cheap Chinese import website. They probably are overkill for the typical Alliance lock, but they are cheap and might be useful.

P.P.S. The website bogs down at about 5 minute intervals (it is a popular site), so if the page won't load immediately, it probably will if you let is sit for a couple of minutes.
 
If you're looking for some of the best made lockpicks in the business, check out South Ord. They are made in the USA and are a preferred brand amongst locksmiths. I ordered 6 tools from them earlier this year and spent about $7 after shipping. They are very sturdy and durable.
