Looking for a Slightly-Above Novice Blacksmith

To those that hear,

During the upcoming gathering in Pratorak, I find myself in need of the aid of a blacksmith capable of making a shield without the use of a workshop. It doesn't take very much smithing talent to manufacture a shield - same as making two daggers - but it seems not many adventurers usually train in the craft more than the fundamentals.

Still, if you are such an individual that can assist me, please let me know!

I have trained enough in blacksmithing to be able to silver a weapon without a workshop. If that is enough skill for what you need, I'd be happy to assist.
