lowbie event questions

Folks a few questions about the lowbie event:

1. What is the build or level cap?
2. Where in game is the event taking place?

I had been getting these questions but figured having them answered in a public forum would be better.

I can answer the second one! It is taking place outside of Fairdale, beginning to end. Sorry if you love your lab!

Hi guys,

I don't mean to be pressuring, because I know you're already prepping an event for next weekend, but is there any way we can find out the level cap ASAP? It will likely affect the characters my group is playing, and could require them to acquire/make items and order things online, so we're kind of running out of time.
